With muted shades of sage, mauve, lavender and charcoal, evoking the ethereal romance of a blissful dawn, The Big Fake Wedding hosted another successful bridal show event this spring at The Meekermark! For those unfamiliar, The Big Fake Wedding is a unique bridal show featuring a real couple, typically renewing their vows, and following the format of a real wedding! Bridal show attendees act as wedding guests and get to see plenty of local vendors in action, doing what they do best in a setting as close to a real wedding as you can get! For this spring’s Big Fake Wedding, the team wanted to feature moody, calm tones, forgoing bright colors to let the details speak for themselves and to highlight the natural beauty of The Meekermark‘s open-air outdoor chapel. The bride’s gown and mauve bridesmaids’ dresses from Houston Bridal Gallery looked stunning next to the harvest-inspired florals from Lanson B. Jones, The Tallest Tulip, and more. Reverent Wedding Films gorgeously captured every moment of this blissful dawn event, gathering footage into a dreamy highlight reel. From the farmhouse-inspired sweetheart table to the cute cocktail camper and al fresco lounge area, this event shows off some of the coolest options Houston has to offer in such a great way!
