Old World style gets botanical touches in this oh-so moody backyard wedding! After connecting over a coffee date about their shared loves of travel and the outdoors, Sarah and Marko knew their instant spark was something special – even though it took Marko another year and a half of awkward flirting to finally ask Sarah to be his girlfriend. Held on the bride’s parents’ stunning large country property lined with pecan trees and bounded by a small creek, their Old World celebration planned to pure perfection by Whimsical Events has an undeniable botanical, greenhouse vibe that feels truly magical. Nestled under a large, Edges Wild Studio floral-adorned pecan tree, Sarah and Marko met to say their vows on a beautifully sunny November day in South Texas. The hair and makeup experts at Etoilly Artistry perfectly executed a lovely low bun hairstyle with softly curled locks to frame Sarah’s natural makeup artistry, resulting in a chic and sophisticated bridal look. Her soft pink lip matched with the muted peach, persimmon and ochre hues that filled this scene, complemented with beautiful terra cotta accents and lush greenery throughout. Unique, natural florals from Edges Wild Studio steal the show, as beautiful bouquets of wild blooms adorn tablescapes full of wicker chargers, gold utensils and custom table numbers, making for the tented reception space our utmost dreams!
